Toddler Class (18 months to 2.8 yrs. old)
Our curriculum allows the toddler class to explore the world of music, art, creative movement, environment covers exploration and nature, language covers phonics and communication. Numbers are also introduced. The children are assessed through interacting with staff and with each other. STEAM is also introduced with simple age appropriate activities. Children are taught how to learn sharing, there are group versus individual activities.
Preschool Class (3 yrs. to 4yrs old)
The Preschoolers love to explore and try new things, curiosity is encouraged and goes well with our curriculum that is full of new subjects such as
activities in our STEAM subject, social interaction, language development continues with the introduction of journals and penmanship, science through experimental learning is introduced, Art exploration through different mediums, social sciences with a focus on the diverse American culture and Health is also introduced and covers nutrition, self-help skills and outside play games for physical activities. Creative movement and music covers different types of dance and music.
Pre-Kindergarten Class (4.1yrs. to 6 yrs. old)
Children in the Pre-Kindergarten class are more interested in all the new things they can do and are learning, the curriculum includes a lot of game and exploration in the topic of Music, creative movement, STEAM and Science, Penmanship is further developed. Environment is also explored and children learn more of their environment, their health including self-help skills. Language development covers reading self and teacher led. Math will have adding and subtracting concepts, concept of time, shapes and measurement. Creative movement will have fun exercises such as musical theater, Environment covers exploration of recycling material, and taking care of our environment. Social studies has group projects that cover topics such as different Holidays and 50 States. All subjects cover group and individual learning, games and experiments to encourage interaction, collaboration and curiosity.
